At aiayu, we strive for lasting quality and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't quite right, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in its original, unwashed condition with all tags attached.
Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy shipping box, ensuring the delivery note is included to help us identify your order.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any old shipping marks.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your package at the nearest authorized drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
